This Privacy Policy explains how Zarnite, Inc. (“we,” “our,” or “us”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Memonest mobile application (the “App”). By using Memonest, you agree to this policy.

1. Information We Collect

• Account information — your name, email address, and authentication credentials, used to create and manage your account (via Firebase Authentication, Google Sign-In, and Microsoft/Outlook sign-in).
• Email content — when you connect Gmail or Outlook, the App accesses your email messages to display, summarize, and send mail on your behalf. This access is used only to provide the features you request.
• Audio recordings — when you use voice-to-text or the voice AI features, the App records audio from your microphone to transcribe and process your request.
• User content — notes, tasks, events, and other content you create, stored in your account.
• Photos — images you choose to upload (e.g., a profile picture).
• Usage and diagnostic data — app interactions, performance, and crash data collected through Firebase Analytics to improve the App.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information to provide and operate the App's features, authenticate you, process your voice and email requests, sync your content, provide support, and improve reliability and performance. We do not sell your personal information.

3. Third-Party Services

Memonest relies on the following service providers, each governed by its own privacy policy:

• Google Firebase (authentication, database, storage, analytics) and Google APIs (Gmail, Sign-In)
• Microsoft (Outlook / Microsoft Graph) for email integration
• Our voice processing backend, used to transcribe and respond to voice requests
• Stripe, for processing subscription payments (payment details are handled by Stripe)

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) and stored on secured cloud infrastructure. We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your information for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at the address below; we will delete your data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.

6. Children's Privacy

Memonest is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to withdraw consent. Contact us to exercise these rights.
